There’s a reason the term après ski exists. It speaks to the way those first few bites (or sips) taste after a long day out on the slopes, in the good company of friends, family and even strangers. The crisp air, cold temperatures and – yes – the worked-up appetite mean comfort food is on the menu. And these Blue Mountain Ski Resort-area restaurants, located near picturesque Collingwood, Ontario, deliver it in spades. Here are the best Blue Mountain restaurants that you need to try.
