What are the new Tim Hortons sparkling drinks?
The new Tim Hortons Sparkling Quenchers blend fruity flavours and sparkling water for a light and bubbly drink that’s available in two options: Blackberry Yuzu and Orange Ginger. “The lightly bubbly, and fruity flavour of our Sparkling Quenchers is a brand new Tims beverage experience that is going to be a huge hit with our guests all spring and summer long,” says Victoria Stewart, Director of Beverage Innovation at Tim Hortons. “Refreshingly light with the perfect hint of sweetness, our Sparkling Quenchers will be a match made in heaven for Tims guests trying to beat the heat this summer.”
What do the Tim Hortons Sparkling Quenchers taste like?
Both the Blackberry Yuzu and Orange Ginger are lightly fizzy and not too sweet: they remind us a lot of Italian sodas. These truly are different than anything else we’ve tried at Tim Hortons before — we thought they might be similar to the iconic Tim Hortons Peach Passion or maybe even the more recent Tim Hortons Lemonade, but these are decidedly more sophisticated and in a new league of their own. The Orange Ginger Sparkling Quencher is very ginger-forward, and tastes most like a ginger beer-meets-kombucha combo. If you love that unmistakable ginger kick, you’ll be a fan of this drink. The Blackberry Yuzu Sparkling Quencher isn’t quite as zippy, and truthfully we don’t taste the yuzu at all, but it has a lightly tart berry flavour that’s extremely drinkable.
