What is the Tim Hortons 2025 winter menu?
The Tim Hortons winter menu features the return of the Caramel Toffee Cold Brew, which was originally launched in the summer of 2023. It also sees the return of two fan-favourite Tim Hortons donuts: the Blueberry Fritter and the Lemon Cake Donut.
The Tim Hortons winter menu also includes four new White Chocolate Pistachio-flavoured drinks. They are the White Chocolate Pistachio Latte, White Chocolate Pistachio Iced Latte, White Chocolate Pistachio Iced Capp, and White Chocolate Pistachio Hot Chocolate.

What do Tim Hortons’ new winter menu items taste like?
These four drinks are sweet and nutty and sure to keep you cozy this winter, while the donuts are filled with flavour and so comforting. Here is our review and ranking from worst to best.
6. White Chocolate Pistachio Iced Latte
We love iced lattes, but we didn’t think the pistachio flavours blended very well with the flavours of Tim’s espresso. However, we liked the sweetness of the white chocolate that shined in this drink.
5. White Chocolate Pistachio Latte
The hot version of this new Tim Hortons drink tickled our taste buds much more than the iced version. The warm espresso, milk and pistachio flavour combination was nutty and comforting. Like the iced version, the sweetness of the white chocolate was our favourite part of this drink and stood out more in the hot version.

4. White Chocolate Pistachio Iced Capp
You can never go wrong with an Iced Capp and that stands true for this one. This White Chocolate Pistachio Iced Capp is very chocolate-forward with that hint of nuttiness from the pistachio. Although it’s cold outside, this is one iced drink we will always enjoy.
3. Lemon Cake Donut
Unlike other lemon-flavoured desserts, this Lemon Cake donut is very sweet rather than sour. We think it tastes more like a lemonade donut. The texture of the donut is super soft and seriously delicious!
2. Blueberry Fritter
This classic Tim Hortons donut surprised us with how delicious it is. The Blueberry Fritter flavour reminds us of a glazed blueberry muffin but is not overly sweet. We were not expecting it to have a blueberry jelly filling, but we loved it. This is a donut we could have again and again.

The White Chocolate Pistachio Hot Chocolate tops our rankings. This drink is smooth, creamy and sweet. It’s everything we want in a hot chocolate. The slight nutty flavour from the pistachio adds a new dimension that we haven’t seen before in a Tim Horton’s hot chocolate.
