Preheat the oven to 425 °F.
Chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets and add to salted boiling water, cooking for 8-10 minutes until the broccoli is tender but not mushy.
Drain the broccoli and cauliflower well and add to a large mixing bowl with the Greek yogurt, ½ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, feta, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and the white parts of the green onions. Mix well.

Place the broccoli and cauliflower mixture into a pie dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.
You can broil it for the final few minutes, just make sure to keep an eye on the oven!
Top with green parts of the spring onion and allow to stand for 20 minutes before serving.
