Preheat the oven to 375°F. Brush the pie crust generously with egg wash and chill for 30 minutes.

As the crust chills, prepare the filling. Whisk together eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and salt until well combined.

Transfer pecans to pie crust. Pour filling over the pecans, ensuring the filling is in one even layer.
