Sugar, for rimming the mug
Galliano, for swirling in the mug

oz brandy
¾
oz Cointreau

to 5 oz of brewed coffee (adjust strength to taste)
Whipped cream, for garnish
Splash of coffee liqueur (optional)

Step 1
Rim a tall heavy glass mug with sugar.
Step 2
Drizzle in a little Galliano and swirl around the inside of the mug.
Step 3
Add 1-ounce of Brandy and ¾-ounce Cointreau, followed by 4 to 5-ounces your rich roasted coffee brew.
Step 4
Top with whipped cream and a splash of coffee liqueur.
